Edison Express Car Wash

  • Do you need an appointment?

    Our car wash services do not require an appointment. Customers can visit our facility at their convenience.

  • Can my car/truck go through your wash?

    Our car wash can accommodate vehicles with the following maximum dimensions: height of 7'4", width of 7'6", and tire width of 335mm (13.18"). The minimum ground clearance required is 4.5". Please note that dual wheel trucks, also known as "duallys," are not permitted.

  • Can I give a Monthly Unlimited Plan as a gift?

    For the monthly unlimited plan we are not able to give that as a gift, for the Annual Unlimited Plan we would be able to gift. However, we offer gift card options suitable for various occasions that may better suit your gifting needs.

  • Do I need my pass number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?

    Yes, your unlimited tag number is required for plan cancellation or credit card updates. This number can be found on the RFID tag affixed to your windshield. If you are unable to locate your tag number, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

  • Will I receive a refund after cancelling?

    Refunds are not provided upon cancellation. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date, allowing you to continue using our services during this period.

  • How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?

    Your plan will remain active until your next scheduled billing date. During this time, you may continue to utilize our car wash services as usual.
